This may be a silly question is it possible to replace the standard baguette sized handle bar grips on the F3? I've always used Renthal grips on my road bikes.
I don't know where i got the idea from it but i thought the throttle tube grip is one piece and i didn't want to bugger up anything to do with the ride by wire.
The more i think about it the more i think its a stupid question lol

yeah i never fit anything but Renthal. Just fitted some Renthal Dual Compound grips. They feel so much better than the original grips which are like holding onto a baguette's.

The F3 standard grips are thiny so my hands are in pain & numb after long ride.

Not comfortable to ride with thick racing gloves in the hot summer.

I use these grip covers & my hands are now very happy.

Hi,

I know they are meant to protect the grips when using tie down straps. Do you find any 'slippage' using these on the grips whilst riding?

They are perfectly tight & steady.
