Hi guys,

The headlight of my 750 Brute seems to be a little foggy on the inside. Not that my headlight is damp, just like it's sort of dirty... Like a badly washed window.

I have never seen it damp so far, so i gues the sealing must be ok!

Is anyone familiar with this problem? And more important some tricks to clean the inside throught this very narrow light socket. :-S

Thnx!

Cheers,
Joost :)

I'd pop off the lense if it needs cleaning - they fall off anyway so it gives you an excuse to reseal it. Pretty easy. Just pry the glass off slowly clean up any left over rubber and then reseal. I used aquarium silicone for mine, literally took about 1/2 hour (casually). Then just throw a couple pieces of electrical tape to hold it on firmly while it cures.

Taking the glass off and re gluing it is a good idea. But if you don't want to do that remove the black plastic backing, disconnect the three lights and swish in a little of your favorite window cleaner. Crystal clear your glass will be. You will have to make sure you blow out/evaporate the left over water droplets.
