I brought my 2012 F4R from Peter Stevens Melbourne, the sales Dept were easy to deal with and really looked after me.

I booked the bike in for 1000K service last week, I explained that I needed to travel 3.5 hours and would arrive at 8.00am, they said they would carry out the service and call me when it was done.
Well they did a great job and I was back on the road at 2.00pm heading home again.

My experience with Peter Stevens has been fantastic and would recommend them if your in the market for an MV.

Always such a pleasant feeling after an experience like that. Nice! We need more of those sorts of experiences from stealerships.

Peter Stevens get a really bad rap on here from a lot of people. I am not from Melbourne, so obviously they do not service my bikes but I find myself down there quite often & drop in for a chat with Glenn & the other boys and always found them an absolute delight.

I went into the service department with an Italian guest whom was staying me last January, whilst we were down there dropped in to ask some Harley related questions (as he is a Harley aficionado) and they were very helpful & courteous - he fact he was so impressed with them, in went into shop & spent money on Harley merchandise simply because he felt he was treated well.

I am pleased to read this review, as often positive good service is ignored & negativity runs & runs.

Hope it continues :)
