The day that I buy a propduct based on a review i.e. based on someone else's likes, dislikes, and/or political agendas is the day that I will be be having Macdonalds for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

And just add the Seven/Eleven big gulp, nachos, and Twinkies and you'd be a perfect American. :D

Funny this

I actually had a bloke argue with me saying that all R- model where 1078 MV motors, which weren't a very good motor, and the 312/1078 was a stroked GSX-R motor and much better.
He then proceeded down pit-lane to find a GSX-R and had a good look at the motor, then came back to my bike frowning.
Said mine is obviously a MV motor and if nobody else says anything he wont tell them I"m racing an 1078 in the 1000 class, he thought I could use all the help I could get what with using the old"Mv motor.
I could not even argue with such idiot, even my boy was laughing.
Asked him what he rides, GPZ900 Ninja, one of the best handling bikes in the world, HE told me just so I know.

Yes but I need to find out what 'Twinkies' are before I can attempt such an impersonation ;)

That review is from years ago. The Visordown magazine closed a couple of months ago, that's from when it was still called Two Wheels Only. They seem to be putting all their old reviews online
