From Visordown today....

On the bike's launch, many of the assembled journalists complained about the bike's fuelling. Steve Oliver of UK importers MotoGB says: “An improved fuel map which - will be ready to download at official MV Agusta UK dealers within three weeks – will improve a fantastic package still further. This new engine map will give the F3 even smoother idling and improved performance at low to medium revs.”

One less thing for the nay-sayers to worry about.... :)

Well done for posting, what they gonna pick on now we know this will be sorted.

I got told the same thing by Forza last week, this is one of the reasons why I want to switch dealers, the dealer I ordered from will not be able to do this re map. I was also told this re map will affect top end power very slightly.

I heard from motogb that 19 have arrived and have all been delivered to dealers, they also said 16 are due in two weeks, that was a week ago, hopefully end of next week I wil lbe getting a call, along with 15 other lucky to be owners. Maybe the other 16 have already turned up?

hopefully I will get a call tomorrow with the news about where I will collect my bike from.

I have spoke to Steve Oliver a few times and had an email last week about my order, pretty genuine guy.

MCN today still reporting problems when running at less than 6000 RPM, making the bike very uncomfortable at low speeds, it appears to be the only criticism that he has.
Are any new users experiencing similar problems?
Still waiting for the call, deposit down since the beginning of the year at Forza

No issues over 4k ... now that the remap is out have MCN just moved the goal posts?? What next? Problems running under 10k ...

The bike is not uncomfortable (nothing a remap wouldn't fix) and I have still managed to get from A to B with alot of pleasure.

Stop reading MNC!

Sorry but I cannot confirm that. She runs very well @ and over 3500/4000. No Problems with that. Under 3500 it could be a bit difficult but I have tested that it is possible. If you cornering in the city @ low speeds in second gear you can corner @ 2000Umin. She dont likes this, but it is possible.

Hope you understand what I want to say in my bad english...

Does it require an expensive trip to the dealer to install the new map or is it covered under warranty?

How complicated is setting up a custom map.
Not complicated at all. The mapping is all on the Left handlebar. I have tried lots of variations, gas sensitivity, throttle response etc all easy to set.
