My friend took delivery of the stunning new F3 Oro, allegedly one of 11 brought into the US. We were doing careful break in miles keeping it under 7k but in one case, trying to pass a car, I couldn't crack 7k. It made a nice intake growl but just felt plugged. Next day, we disconnected the cables to the flapper valve in the exhaust (left side, careful to be sure the spring keeps the flapper full open). It ran like a completely different bike! No flat spots anywhere, fueling was perfect. Hey magazine guys, instead of bashing the fueling and throttle response on this bike, get out a wrench, take 10 minutes, then tell us what you think.
