Been apart for ages, doesn't help I had 2 other bikes apart and a car during same time....
Mainly what order do they go back together and whats going on with the under tail and that heat sink? Theres no way the bolts holding the heat sink in went thru the under tail holding it up.
its a bitubo steering damper and that long black piece is going ontop/inside of the silver aluminum bit thats attached to the underside of the tank and theres practically no clearance on anything, anywhere, literally.

Bikes starting to look good tho!

As you noted, these bikes are very compact and sequenced together and apart.

Again, I will ask you, and anyone else asking for help to either start your post with "my bike is a _____ (year) _______ (model) ______(edition, i.e. Oro, etc..).
Or, you could simply edit your signature line to include that information so that each time you post a question about one of several dozen bike model/year combinations, those trying to help don't have to sift through all of your posts to figure out what bike.

Did you take this apart without the manual?

ok lets start addressing one topic after another.
for the rear:
the bolts dont need to go through the black part. the way they are now is correct.
the holes on the front need 2 black plastic "pins" to then push in the red side panels. Hold the panels to the black piece and you will see how they all fit together. make sure they align when you put in the screws AND they align with the heat exchanger. Then everything back there should be sorted

as for the steering damper: didnt really get the issue? can you maybe type that out again?

yes sorry I took it completely apart did a bunch of stuff and then had a delay up waiting on the headers for ever and ever then had to do 3 other projects while it was still completely apart, the body work is a puzzle that has been knocked off the table so to speak and ive forgotten which order arrangement it goes back. I have no manual for the bike. everything ive done I either figured out or asked on here.

I suppose the steering damper issue to put as eloquently as I can think to say, is that I dont have full steering range with it because it is scraping or binding up. (bike didn't come with one originally as you know). there is a silver aluminum bracket that is on the underside of the tank on the very front that has 2 bolts that attach it to the frame directly, I left the bracket on the tank but removed those two short bolts and inserted the long black damper mount inside of the aforementioned silver mount and stuck longer bolts thru both brackets sandwiching the original silver tank bracket between the frame of the bike and the new long black damper mount. I have to have the damper sorted completely during the tank install as I cant redo anything after tank is set. I got the entire damper mount & kit from someone on here who ran it on an 800 I believe.

So is it in order of reassembly
damper/tank
undertail tray/long red side pieces together
then ?????
?????
big side panels last

I usually do it that way:
tank with tank mount of steering damper
tail section
seat
entire "front" fairing, so side panels and metal heat shielding (you don't have to disassemble those, they can be taken off as one piece for each side, make sure the oil radiator guard sits correctly!)
steering damper mount to top triple with steering damper still installed

this way you only have to remove the 2 screws below the top triple and the one that attaches the steering damper to the tank mount bracket

also just to add: there are manuals available for free on Donsy's website

@2:35 in the video. The black push buttons are the same as the suzuki.
you probably just lost them.

Thats why you put these screws/bolts in plastic bags. Gets confusing real fast.
As for the rear belly fairing I'd suggest to zip tie it.

HP exhaust looks good.

The front portion of the bellypan, uses the bolts you have on the floor, as does the back of the bellypan, which should have a bracket that goes across it, like the front.
You should have 2 black plastic push pins for the undertray.
Your ram air covers use a M4 x.7x12, and yes you need a 15mm to work decently, due to the clearcoat resin where the bolt goes though the CF. What brand are you using?

Not familiar with you damper...

Is that exhaust bracket required by the rearset? most of the high mount only have the one that replaces the rear passenger pegs.

The rear undertray normally attaches to the stock exhaust resonator box. Not sure what is done when the exhaust is changed out like in your case. Maybe try and fab something similar to the bracket going accross the bottom of undertray on the front part.

If you go to say evolutinbike.it and pull up the parts diagrams you will see every bracket and screw that is used.

Never had the stock exhaust on my bike, first FM, then Passerini, but I have a bracket that inserts into the back mounting points like the front, would this have been supplied by the exhaust maker?

not in my case, I didn't even get any springs, so I ran it without springs today. emailed HP Corse , well see how that goes.....:|

Likely need to source something or end up wiring it together.....

Try and figure out what size springs you need, I might have some.
