Hi folks!
Where is the fuel tank breather on the F3? Last few tank fulls have resulted in a "gulp" of air when I open the cap - and this morning on fill up (after a 130mile ride) the tank bowed in slightly as I opened the cap and then popped out as the cap opened - implying to me that the fuel tank breather is blocked.


Don't want my tank imploding!

I would check for a pinched line and check the charcoal tank.. wish I could be more specific on line placement,

There is 3 lines, 2 up towards the front and one on the back left side.. I would never keep the charcoal stuff on the bike if yours is, also if the tank comes off be sure nothing is pinched, or melted.

Not sure mine has a carbon cannister.....
Anyways fixed it - the pipes at the rear were kinked and there was a long sucking noise as I unkinked it. :laugh:

Make sure the hoses are correct... the one coming from charcoal canister on the left side of bike connects to right side of bike. It is backwards to what you might think.

Pretty sure mine doesn't have a charcoal canister
