Just had a baffle mod done and a new set of Metzeler Sportec M3's fitted on the F4 750.

The tyres were fitted before the baffle mod and only had time for a quick ride to see how they went. Seemed really good.

Just fitted the pipes back on and started her up. What a difference. Nice and throaty and not too loud (I think).

Will head out on the weekend and see what sort of a difference it's all made. Hopefully get a video or sound clip posted as well.

Hey Andy, no time in the arvo, will be heading out early morning for a quick blat round the Gold Coast hinterland. Must make a time to meet up though 1 weekend.

Postman_bat, the mod was done by an exhaust guy in Brisbane, he's very good and only $460 AUS. From what I can tell he opened up the 4 end pipes, and also cored out the internal baffels. All without having to cut the cans open.

Will get some pics up over the weekend although there's not much to see except the end pipes are alot more open.

Rode to work last night and the sound is much deeper and when on the gas it sounds brilliant. Very happy with the outlay of a few dollars.

If you find it's not running to your satisfaction now you might want to look into an RG3 chip. Probably a bit lean after opening it up.

Do the ends of the pipes come off if the rivets are drilled out and did he use sheet metal screws to secure it back?

Yeah Lee, that's the next thing to get look at. There's a really good tuning place not far from me and they will check the fueling.

Hey number2, the four pipes come off when the rivets are removed. They have been been riveted back on as original.

I'll get some pics up today.
