130/65 tires spring to my mind, but I use 130/70 Conti's now.
Fuel injectors are rare I guess to.
Everything else is pretty much exchangeable from 1998 to 2009.

Um, isn't the front 120/65ZR17 and the rear 180/55ZR17 or 190/50ZR17

Available from Pirelli, Metzler and Michelin....through Bike Bandit.

The lower slung oem windscreen. I'd ask this seller if he still has it, as I'm not sure you can still get them.

Might sound nitpicky, but the metal used for the toolkit allen keys seem to be of better quality than the later years imo.

Sorry I guess I should try to check my writing before I hit the post button.
Sure 120/65 and I use 120/70 now.
But what I meant is that the actual tire generation is hardly to get in the 65 profile.
The Pilot Power as the Sportec M3 are pretty aged constructions, which were top back in the days.
