So my F3 is burning out on my F3.

The fuse powers my tail light and my licence plate light.

The fuse stops burning out when I unplug my rear tail. My licence plate light will run.

So my question is does that mean is the electrical short in the section of the tail that was unplugged?

or is it possible the electrical short is in the lower section put it only activates when tail section connection is plugged in?

I think it has to be the tail, but I am not sure.

So I with the tail section unplugged, I connect the circuits with a voltmeter and the fuse blew again with the engine off.

Seems to be the blue wire.

I guess that means it has to be below the tail section.

I believe the blue wires are ground wires.
There must be a short to ground on a hot lead somewhere in the circuit.
