Realistically, a 'used' kit isn't going to cost you any less....it's not something that wears out like a part or a tool resulting in it being worth less.

Unless someone no longer has their bike it may be difficult to find one easily as the ECU studio is very useful not just for flashing/ programming but also monitoring bike parameters. I think I paid easily over 300 US for that part with one bike programs.
