No the plug will not fit the Microtec hoppy, it's a 2 wire splice, easy job.
And no, nobody makes quick shifters for MV, you/they buy a brand and install it on the MV.
I have used 3 different kinds of modules.

Only on the latest model's do you get to plug the Q/S straight into the harness.

Yes, It is for MV Agusta F41000R/312/1078.And maybe some other models, I don't know if it fits Microtec. look at the plug in the pic.
