Threw her up on the dyno today to see what she could do. looks like i def need a power commander and a custom map. The bike is bone stock unless you count some Carbon Fiber but i dont think that gives any extra HP :flickoff:

I was wondering what they do stock.

I wouldn't mind getting a PC, but I don't know if there is anybody locally to tune it.

Ron Turner locally will...BUT, make sure you ask for *bob* (can't remember his damn name ever....) to tune it, as he's the only MV competent guy in town....

They have a deal right now...$420 for a PC3 and a custom map on the Dyno.....

Matty,
you def need your bike set up before thinking about a pc.

An 02 should be 120ish at the wheel stock. You dont show the AF ratio on the graph which should tell you something.

Would probably benefit from TPS,Throttle bodies and co being checked first.

How can a 127 hp engine only lose 5% drivetrain loss??

Not gonna happen.

Figuring the usuall 12-14% drivetrain loss, Mattys bike is just about right.

Also, this is only showing wide open throttle. What happens at part throttle is more important, and without an a/f graph, you have no idea how healthy and engine is.

One more thing, hp/tq is suppose to cross at 5250 rpm. Dyno operator needs to set his scaling..

02 bike should be evo2 with 136 or so, correct me if I'm wrong ,but I'd be dissapointed with that figure from a 2000 motor.

Woops! You are correct macmivvi!!!

If we don't see the a/f ratio we are still in the dark....if I see Matty today, I'll ask him about it.

well after my appt today at Dyno Solutions in Danbury I was VERY pleased at the outcome. John does some great work. Expecially with a 0 map due to Power Commander not having a map for the bike
