So i put the Duke 916 cush rubbers on my Talon carrier, they fit like they should on the bore, but there is 2,45 mm difference in thicknes, you guys think this matters?

I can feel nothing while riding it, its smooth as butter, just the fact that chain alignment has changed the amount of Duke rubber is thicker.

I can mill them to the same thicknes, just im not sure if the cush rubbers i took off, were the right OEM ones….

Anyone have OEM MV rubbers to measure?

Answering myself, yes it matters.

When using the Ducati rubbers, they are so thick, that when tightening the axle nut, you are tightening against the rubber and not against the little carrier shim.

So be very aware, as this will be very dangerous!!!!!!

Had to mill them to the 15,35mm which is the oem thicknes of MV cush rubber…. If you have used Ducati cush rubbers on a carrier that has the little lip on the backside, you will have this issue.
