There should be a series of stacked circumferential lines on your fork tubes, just below the fork cap. The lines are approximately 1/8th inch apart and are used to set front ride height (along with some other adjustments). The setting is usually one ring showing above the surface of the triple clamp...at the inside of the fork.
It appears to me that they set it up with one line showing at the OUTSIDE of the triple...which means there is very little fork tube in the clamping area AND the front of the bike will be higher...significantly...which will slow the steering response dramatically.
Have your dealer check it out!
