Hi guys. I have a problem here. Its gradually getting worse. Bike doesn't want to start anymore. Starter is cranking but it makes noise like it skipping tees or choking. Scarry noise like starter grinding on one way starting clutch (not even sure if it has one). What can it be? Sprag clutch? Timing is off? Before I disassemble halve of the bike help please if anyone had that problem before. Bike has 25000 miles. F4

There are some rubber dampers in the starter/alternator drive that have been known to wear. Not a common thing, but has happened.
