I was cleaning the panniers after a ride and noticed that each pannier was different. The RHS had a metal plate underneath. Is one pannier supposed to have a plate or have they mixed up panniers.

Right side is side of the exhaust, I believe it is design this way to allow heat protection.:wink2:
