New member here. I have decided to buy a Brutale. I went to my closest shop today to take a look and I decided to go ahead and buy one. Just couldn't decide between the 750 and 910. Would rather have the 910 but the difference in price is signifcant and making me seriously consider the 750. I would like opinions from other members, how do they compare n real world riding? I'm probably going to be using this thing 50/50 for around town/aggresive mountain riding.

Not this again

JK, but this tipic has been discussed frequently: http://www.mvagusta.net/forum/showthread.php?t=5989&highlight=750+910
You can start there, and there are more threads, and even some magazine reviews from when the 910 came out.

Bottom line, the 910 is not an upgrade, it is different; Anyone who says otherwise is compensating for some other 'shortcoming'.

I knew I would get busted for asking but I did a search and didn't get too much. Sorry for asking again, just thought it would be quicker if people could point me to old threads and see if amyone had anything new to add.

Thnks fazer, that was a great link and all I needed to see. I test drove the 910 and was planning on getting it but then found out the 750 was quite a bit less expensive. There isn't a 750 test machine close by so I wanted to hear other's opinions. I think I am going to get the 750. My Ducati 999 is killing me around town and on longer rides so I am looking forward to having something with a little more upright position but still capable on the curves in the mountains.

The 750 is sweeeet, the 910 dare I say, a bit more Brutale!.

I would not hesitate with a 750 if what you describe is your situation and reasoning.
Enjoy

I've never tried a 750, btu just spent 300 miles on my 910s today and I really dig this bike! I'm sure you will be happy with which ever one you decide on. I like all the trick bits on the 910r, but could not see paying the extra $$$ for it - I'm very happy with mine.

BTW - Welcome to an amazing forum!

Thanks Dginaz, The 910 and 750 had a pretty sweet discount from msrp but not so on the 910R. For this bike, it's a tmore $ than I want to get into. I'd rather have the extra $ to spend on the bike although I can't think of many mods this bike needs.

DGINAZ, either way you're a winner. I've owned both and definately prefer the 910 :f4: because it's an angry bitch! off a bike. The 750 is far less intimidating to ride but rewarding in a different way.
