Anyone have any reviews of Design Corse? I ordered a QD exhaust 2 weeks ago and no shipping info yet.

My experience also been very positive. Some shipping does take a while but in the main its pretty swift.

Im having major issues with designcorse. I ordered 3x times at their site and 2x the parts didnt fit at all.
I filled in the boxes that tell me im searching for parts specially for the F3.

The only thing that worked and fits nice is the tail tidy. HOWEVER the installation instructions are totally wrong(But this has nothing to do with designcorse but with the manufacture). But a little research into your product you're selling could help alot. Providing a information that after 2015 models, this requires to totally dissasemble the rear bike.
Not a big issue, but still for people who never done this, its pretty scary without any information on how to.

Im pissed!, quick refurnds okay.. but me already spending 60-70 euros on returning the items and NOT recieving back my 50 pounds discount code which I saved for. Either give the discount code back or pay me back my returncosts(parially????). But dont hold both things, never recieved an answer back in my e-mail about the returning costs.

I have had great service from them. Only time it has taken a while to get the item was when it was out of stock from one of their sales over the holiday. Have you emailed them yet? My item arrived without ever getting a shipping notice, so it could be on the way and you have not been notified yet.

The issue you may have is that it was ordered over the Christmas period when the postal service in the UK is stretched to the limit, the other problem may be US customs and postal services as these can take their time. I once posted a parcel to the US and it was sat at JFK New York for 2 weeks before even leaving taking in total nearly 4 weeks to reach it's destination. If in doubt Email them again.

Immediate confirmation that it would be available after the 7th when they returned back after the Christmas break.

I ordered a evotech tail tidy via designcorse. Fits nice, no problems with that.

Ordered mirrors block off plates with build in indicator, the shape is long and narrow while the gap in the fairing is wide and round. Doesnt fit at all. Serious gap of 0,5mm-1cm in total on left and right side.
Well then....once you remove mirrors you get bar end mirrors. They say ducati bar end mirrors but are listed under F3 parts. So ordered, tried to install them with the thicker expension thingy and the mirrors slide out of the bar end.

CRG clutch/brake levers....what a bunch a BS! Once again filled in boxes to match F3.
Levers delivered, they look awesome! time to fit them in. Brake lever had to be pushed in so hard, then when you apply brake the lever wont spring back to OPEN position. Woudnt even care to try clutch lever.
*2 days ago Owen(farmer1 on the forums) put his levers for sale which are obviously used. Exact same levers....fit on his F3.

Is my F3 cursed or what?!?!?!?
Im keeping her stock now.. I dont even care anymore :grin2: she looks beauitful just the way she is anyways.

And that is the truth. I even had Al once on the phone helping out when installing something. It was a bit of a challenge, different than expected, but worked out absolutely perfect. Sometimes things are not so evident with motorcycle parts and Design Corse always is correct in solving it when there might be a problem.

I've had some items that have taken a while to show up. Recently I finally received an order this past week that was sent out in November. I suspect it was the post office/courier. But I contacted Design Corse and got a reply quickly from Sarah. She was great to deal with and very understanding of my frustrations.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for parts for their MV.

Alright everyone, I've mentioned before how I was dissapointed about my products not fitting the bike and returncosts/coupon code not being refunded.(Designcorse always refunded the productcost amount within 4 days)

Well yesterday 11-01-2018 at around 6PM EST, Sarah from Designcorse e-mailed me and apologised that designcorse forgot to refund me the returncosts.
The "problem" probably happened when designcorse moved over to a new location and might've not seen my e-mail.

Anyway, I did my story about my multiple orders and about the products and return costs, but no longer had any proof of the costs it took me to return these items.
I'd shown her the page of my local delivery company i've sended the products back to designcorse and with the costs it took me.

Today 12-01-2018 she asked me for my paypal e-mail adress to transfer the total amount of returncosts to my paypal account.
So I e-mailed her back and within 2-4 hours I had a response which said the money was transfered. And within another 10 minutes the amount was already on my paypal account.

So Sarah I already thanked you in the e-mail, but if u read this I wanna thank you once again for this quick solving. I appreciate it alot and on how this was handled.

Glad its all sorted. Have to say that Sarah has been very nice to deal with recently as I have a couple of orders with them. One turned up today (about 3 weeks since ordering) and all looks good so far. I have had no reason for any moans with DC at all.

So, I ordered my QD exhaust from them a couple days after Christmas. I forgot about the European holiday schedule. So, it took a little longer than I thought to receive it here in the states. Sarah was quick to communicate with me. When it did ship, it was basically 2 day shipping. AND, when I opened the box, there was a beautiful front brake lever in the box, for free. That's cool.

The lever doesn't fit my rivale, but the gesture was awesome. I wonder if I return it for a lever for my bike if they will honor it. Not sure how to ask for that. I might buy the matching clutch lever to go with it.

Anyway, I will be back.
