Designcorse.com and Corran Addison have announced a sponsorship agreement for a USA West Coast based racing team on the MV Agusta F3. The goal is to race this relatively unknown bike in the Western USA, where Japanese bikes have traditionally been the bikes of choice, in large part due to the availability of the components required to improve bike performance from stock to a race setting.

Design Corse supplies the high-end components needed to make the iconic Italian brands of MV Agusta and Ducati perform at their best. They are known throughout Europe as one of the go-to places due to the quality of the parts they sell, combined with competitive pricing and knowledgeable sales staff.

“Passion and excitement surrounds Italian Superbikes. Our collaboration enables us to compete with the MV Agusta F3. Corran knows and understands competition and passion so we have a shared mutual Goal”, stated Aley Shah from Design Corse.

“Long before Design Corse and I decided to combine forces, I had been buying what I needed from them”, stated Corran. “So when they approached me and asked if I’d be interested in racing under their name, I was excited. It just seemed natural.”

Corran is an Olympic kayaker and three-time world champion paddler. He has competed at a world level in kayaking, snowboarding and paddle boading. He started riding bikes when he was a teenager, but it wasn’t until 4 years ago that he became really passionate about riding again.

“Corran is a talented rider, and we will surely manage our technical resources available in the best possible way. The new development decisions that the company has decided to take will allow us to be competitive once again with the spirit that has always characterized Design Corse. ” Continued Aley Shah.

“Every time I’m at the track I have people asking me how my bike is, and how it rides,” continued Corran. “Everyone has heard of MV Agusta, and they’re seeing the recent progress the bikes are making in World Superbike, but most people don’t know whether this will translate to their needs locally. They want to give the F3 a chance because of the rave reviews it’s been getting, but have been hesitant because of the perceived lack of aftermarket support. I’ve been pointing people to Design Corse since I first started riding the bike – back when there were only a handful in the country – and now we’re starting to see more and more of them out there as riders realize that everything they could possibly need is available.”

Corran points out that his track times were reduced by 12%-15% instantly as soon as he switched to the F3 with the improved components he got from Design Corse, and that from the dedicated racer to the weekend warrior, this is what everyone is looking for. He’s fast and the bike stands out, which is a winning combination.

“It’s going to be an exciting season,” Corran finished by saying. “I look forward to promoting the bike with Design Corse’s support at the Western races from now through October 2015.”

Design Corse, based out of the UK, supplies high end parts for MV Agusta and Ducati motorcycles, and can be found at designcorse.com or UK TEL: +44 (0)871 789 0756.

Congrats on the partnership, good luck in the races. I like the half and half rims, you should make the white half yellow to hail back to the red/yellow scheme :)

That'll happen, or you're not trying hard enough, as long as it's not too often.
