There will be a ride early Sunday which will meet in the area of Burke Lake which is west of Woodbridge. The ride is around 90 miles of back roads and will take about 2.5 hours with coffee & donuts in the middle. We are going to meet at 7:00am!! which means the roads will be clear.

We should be done with the ride before 10:00am so that most of the day is free for other things. Send me a PM or email if you are interested and want directions to the meeting place.

This is the same ride as Two Weeks Ago. I am working on my custom GPS mount. When its done (another week), future rides will be in new areas.

Info

For anyone who is interested, but sees this too late to ask for directions, here they are:

The meeting place is at the intersection of the following two roads:

Clifton Road - (highway number 645)
Wolf Run Shoals Road - (highway number 610)

Clifton road crosses highway 123 (Ox Road). This intersection is 1.75 miles from the intersection of 123 and Fairfax County Parkway (highway number 7100).

When Clifton road crosses 123, it is called Burke Lake road. I only mention this in case you see Burke Lake road. You don't actually us this road since you turn onto Clifton road from 123 instead of Burke Lake road.

When you turn onto Clifton road from 123, proceed 1.6 miles to Wolf Shoal road. You can't miss it. There is a gas station (shell) and a little store.

Love to have anyone join the ride. Skill levels vary and we ride together.

If you want to join the ride, show up no later than 7:00am.

We had another good ride. 3 bikes total. There was some misting and some wet roads in some places, but mostly bone dry. I am getting used to my bike and the more I ride it the more I like how it handles. Came home with 598 miles on the odometer so I am now in the process of checking the valves, and I will be installing my Motor Corse Ti system. I just need to get emoto to ship my ECU. I'll work on that next week.

Eddie, i would be out there with you, but on the ride that Dave is talking about i happen to wear my tires down to the metal cords!! :banghead: so i am waiting for some new goodies to arrive next week.

Fred gave away his secret so we will see what happens the next time we all get together!! :stickpoke

Did you end up getting the larger radiator to help with the heat problems?

Anybody riding this weekend?
I won't be riding this week. I am going to be working on the MV. Before I disassemble everything, I am going to hook up a VDST and make sure everything is OK. Then I'll hook up my FGA gas analyzer and check the O2. Once I feel comfortable with the un-modified bike, I'll start working on checking the valves and installing my new exhaust.

One of these days we will all be able to get together and see what everyone can do!

Does it feel like that blade is pushing more air than the stock one?
