Hey guys,

I've got a quetion about protecting my F4 against any potential low speed/stationary falls. I'm aware of the R&G crash bungs, but I just think they look so ugly. I've heard they're effective and I'd rather install them than suffer the sad alternative, but I was wondering if there's a more discrete option that provides exactly the same protection as both front and rear R&G protectors.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

Cheers,
James

I have the performanceparts.de sliders on my brutale, which are actually under-the-faring sliders for the F4; In other words they will save the frame, but not your bodywork, but you also don't have to cut your plastics to install them.

I think some fixed rear sets may do the job for drops off the stand but I wouldn't have thought they would protect much against much else.

The ones on that Tamburini look like the ones from performanceparts.de, they definitely look better. They don't petrude as much as the R&G Sliders so I wonder if they would protect the bike's important parts as well?
