Would anyone know the the correct tightening torque for the oil drain plug for the dragster 800?

On the 675 engine manual it says 40nm, and the 675, rivale and brutale it says 25nm. Which is correct, 25nm or 40nm?

Wouldn't want to over tighten the plug and cram the sump.

40nm is a bit on the crazy side, even our old bikes use 35nm only, wonder how the got to 40 where as you say on other models with the same motor they indicate 25nm. I would go with 25nm Amish, you can always add some more if it leaks, but if you strip the thing trying to do 40nm, you're in for a world of pain.
