Hi Everyone,

Just new to the site, I've been an MV owner since 2001 and recently bought an EVO 3. The cooling fans are not cutting in and I've done the obvious thing and checked the fuse in the fuse panel on the RHS.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi charlie, welcome to the site. I just had the same thing happen to me last night. I found after pullling off the right side panel, that the wiring harness to the top fan was routed against the exhaust header. The wiring heat shield had burned through, and grounded against the header, blowing the fuse. If you had checked your fuse and found it to be OK, I would suggest looking at the wiring. it is fairly simple to splice in some new wire and reroute.

Hope you like the bike.

Thanks for that Kelly, I'll take a look.
Love the new bike, I was tempted to buy a 1000 but decided to try the EVO 3 first, being the last of the 750's. By comparion the new one feels a much more sorted bike.

Regards
Charlie
