Hi Everyone,

Your gracious assistance requested.
Currently up for changing my current bike (09 ZX10R).
As my favourite independent long standing dealer is taking MV in the next few months, it has never been easier to switch!
They can sell to order now, however, until they get stock, it is very hard to find an F4 to sit on!
Now, my memory is that the F4 750 I sat on years ago had very low bars.
For comparison I had no issues on my 999, or current ZX10R.
So just how hi/lo are the bars on the current one? Any insight welcome.

Many thanks,

Velo

In comparison to a 999 like you had and so did I. The bar position is higher and the reach is a little closer. Peg to seat relationship is about an inch tighter. Overall the position is reasonable, with some adjustable rearsets, I would almost call it comfy for a sportbike.

The older mv has a better riding position than the new one and the new has a better riding position than all other bikes you ever came across
Never rode an older F4 1000, but they had higher, straighter bars than the original 750. I find my new F4 infinitely more comfortable than my old 750, but the pegs could do with being half an inch lower and I find it more vibey.

I own a 999 and a F4. At 6'2, I find the MV not to be as comfortable as the Ducati. The pegs are set much higher thus causing my legs to cramp up after an hour or so on the bike. My wife is 5'6 and she doesn't have the same problem. Hope this helps.
