Connect CarPlay to Battery

If you want to wire that into your bike you could use any number of powered wires near the handlebars, switched or unswitched. Brake light switch wires are popular. You will be splicing the wires in. The ground wire can just be inserted under a convenient chassis bolt head.
You don't have to go to the fuse box, and you don't insert those screw clamp connectors into fuse slots anyway.
Please create plug-in connectors so you can disconnect it when needed without cutting wires. And please use solder and shrink wrap, not crimp splices.
Find someone who knows how to do electrical work properly if you don't know yourself. Don't butcher your bike.

Possibly.... probe for battery voltage with key on and with key off to see if any can act as a power supply. It would be wise to locate them on the bike's wiring schematic in the workshop manual and see what fuses the power supplying wires come from.
Unused connectors have a purpose. One is likely the battery charger connection, another is likely the diagnostics plug.
There may be one or more designed for use with accessory heated seat options or heated grips, or maybe driving lamps.
The schematic diagram should reveal all.

Which year model TV do you have ???
Perhaps you could wire it into one of these supplied accessory points:

Your bike should have the 12 volt cigaret lighter type power sockets. You could just tap into the wires with your device rather than plugging in the adapter.

just detach from the socket and connect to your device directly.
