A premium judge partes for the MV Claudio Castiglioni wanted to make run back to the CAS, judicial authority about of sport to the of above of the Federations. Light Breaks - MV F4 1000

The MV Agusta projected complaint against it disqualifies of Step, winner of the GP Superstock 1000 of Imola and removed of separate listing verified on its movement, at the end of race, the presence of a component of a data acquisition of system forbidden from the regulation. The Team Ormeni, for the whose colors runs Step, already opposite recourse to Imola without result, supporting that, in scarcity of sensors and of cables connected to the component – condition pointed out also from the commissioners – punishes not the presence of the simple switchboard scollegata. L' ingegner Fabio Fazi, technical person in charge of the Superbike, had been of different warning and, simply accepting stretched out it of the good belief, had confirmed definitive rendendola disqualifies it. The sporty regulation of the Federation International Motociclistica, I articulate 3.9, expects however the possibility of a further outside level of judgment to the same Federation, namely the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), and is just to the CAS that the MV Agusta has revolted, full convinced some goodness of the actual reasons. The recourse to the CAS has allowed of result the suspension dell' allocation of the title Superstock 1000 2006 in wait of the judgment of the Court. Now the MV Agusta has ten days of time to present the memory and the documentation of the recourse, after which the Court will be pronounced. The title would be able however to to be assigned immediately in the case that in the GP of France Polished Alessandro succeeded to place itself so as to mantere the rainbow-colored leadership to ignore from the disqualifies of Step to Imola. I explain myself: if it Breaks not pits been disqualified, the score to the eve dell' last GP would have been 153 for Polished and 143 for the pilot of the MV, the that means that if, for example, Polished it is placed in France within the third place in the race if necessary won from Step, has been however champion of the world. And the work of the judges, to qusto I push, has been likely more good weather.

^^^ not sure if I call what happened "honest"

My understanding was that the team had been warned before about this. At Silverstone or some track in the UK.

Is that right? Did the team receive a warning?
