are you talking about the factory supplied charger, if so you don't , under the seat pull the sealing blank apart from the charging cable (its the one that doesn't go anywhere) and plug the charger connector in

I've never pulled a fuse on any bike I have owned in order to use a charger.

yeah, factory supplied charger. I'm sure that there's something in the handbook about having to remove a fuse when using this. Will check.

No need to remove a fuse to charge your battery or hook up a maintenance charger.
