I can't log in through the web forum but am connected via Tapatalk. My account details & credentials to reset are not recognized. Please advise?

I can send the password reset tool to you, but that's about as much as I can do. Using it won't effect your logged in status on Tapatalk

Thanks, soooo I worked out part #1 of my problem. The email address used I no longer have access to (switched ISPs) so I will not be able to access the reset email. Since yesterday I'm also effectively locked out of my profile in Tapatalk (just keeps hanging).

I created this second profile to circumvent, is there any way to merge profiles or send the reset email to an alternative address so I can access my original account? I don't much care about losing my profile, it's mostly the PMs I cherish.
