Hi folks

First puzzle...

I can't seem to access the Settings or Bluetooth menus on the dash. I can access and adjust other menus for Cruise, Maps, Data Logger etc but pressing briefly or holding down the Ok button on the Settings and Bluetooth menus does nothing. There's no acknowledgement of anything being turned on or off or selected.

Any ideas?

Actually, on the Settings menu, pressing the Ok button briefly highlights in blue the text Ok to confirm, but no further options or screens are revealed.

Try pressing it a few seconds then release. Then press again. Bluetooth is probably turned off in the settings so you will not be able to access it via the main menu. I do not have my bike here so cannot confirm my theory!

Accessing the 'Settings' menu is a bit finikity, takes a few stabs to get in from my experience.

I'm still trying!

I've tried various combinations of short and long presses. I can't change the Maps either, but can change ABS, Heated Grips, Suspension, Cruise and Limiter.

Might try uploading a video if I get a minute.

Would disconnecting the battery reset things?

There's a reset option in the, errr...., settings menu :banghead: Though I think that just resets all the configuration options back to a default set rather than does anything deeper.

I assume that you're getting to the prompt to press OK to enter the settings menu, as you say in 2nd post, and then pressing again and holding at that point. It's a sort of double press once to get to the prompt and a 2nd to actually get in.

Success!

As Bumpkin rightly pointed out, it needed a specific double press and I was doing it the opposite way. I just assumed the Ok press was the same for each of the menu options.

Anyway, thanks for all the comments and suggestions - onwards and upwards!

The data logger function was enabled earlier for a run out this afternoon and tonight I paired the bike with our iPad to see the results in the app - wow!
