The engine looks like a Benelli 175. Plus that's the Benelli Lion on the side of the tank. My little brother has a pair of them, the Montgomery wards versions. The one above could very well be based on one of them.

I just dug around and my photos of those two aren't very good, one of the bikes came disassembled and the complete one that has the title, is a really blurry photo of it crammed in our bike storage building. Little bro hasn't gotten around to fixing one up yet. When he does I'll get some better photos.

They can be had dirt cheap. His are the blue and silver versions. He's got $200 in the pair and the titled one was running by the end of the day he bought it. Both came out of barns.
