Get the MV. It's a no brainer.
If you're looking at leftover bikes, the MY2023 MV Agusta literbikes got a counterbalancer and an extra year of warranty over the 22s.

MV has survived far worse than KTMs hubris. They will be fine.

I owned a MV F4 750 since new, but sold it during the pandemic -- and regretted it. A few months ago, I picked up a leftover 2023 Brutale 1000RS. I have managed to already put nearly 2000 miles on it. Spectacular machine.

2023+ models the counter-rotating balanceshaft in the modified crankcase turns at twice the speed of the crankshaft with noticeable effects on high-frequency secondary vibrations, with values dropping 54%. Dual-density padding for the saddle, negative rotation on the throttle enables smoother cruise control deactivation.
Yep. Engines are not the same. It gets eerily smooth in the upper revs with far less buzz/vibes than earlier MV four cylinders.

The saddle is a vast "ride all day" improvement as well.
