Hey guys, I just ordered a set of Brembo M4 monobloc caliper for my R 312 and was just wondering if I can use the existing brake lines or would I have to buy new lines like the ones from the 1078. If so, does anyone know the cost of these brake lines. Also, is it hard to bleed the brakes and are there any special bleeding tools that are going to be required to tackle the job. All recommendations and tips are greatly appreciated. And if anyone has pictures to post would be great for visual aid. Thank you to all in advance. Tony.

I was able to bend the banjo adapters to fit the M4's. But I would recommend that you order brake lines from a 2009 F4-1078RR. They come with M4's stock so they use the proper brake lines.

Joe, that is one dodgy thing to do IMO mate, that will possibly cause fatigue and a resulting split in the banjo, risking your life mate in my opinion,

Not something i would do.

Badger, thanks for the concern but the bends required were not dramatic, just needed a little bit. These things are bent when they are being made, so no big deal IMO. As for fatigue spliting the bando, lol sorry but that part is a bit funny to me. They are made of steel mate, not aluminum like some aftermarket brake lines.
