No it doesn't...it can't. It monitors the cell average. The equalization is simply the float charge after full charge state is reached.
To monitor and charge each cell individually you need more wiring attached to each cell and a circuit board to read each cell. The Shorai charger plug has a bunch of wires.

I didn’t want to start a new thread for this but does anyone know the 1000rs/RR battery size? They ship with a 4ah lithium battery from the factory. I want to see if I can install a larger capacity. Maybe 6ah? Not finding battery size in the manual.

You will have to look up the battery that came with the bike. The manufacturer’s documentation will divulge the dimensions.

Thank you. Guess I’ll need to pull the battery to see if a larger one will fit. I really want to install an antigravity 6.2ah battery in it for peace of mind.

A little research on the web will reveal the dimensions of various batteries. Does AntiGravity list theirs on the web site?

Yes and it’s larger than the dimensions you listed. Question is, is the battery tray bigger than the battery installed or is it exactly the size of the lithium battery. Hope it’s the former.

the ATZ10 6.1ah battery that I want to get is 5.9 x 3.4 x 3.6 inches
