If any of you guys are as pissed off as me about the crappy radiators on the gen 1 f4s and want a permanent fix without forking out 1800 euros for a febur rad could you please register you interest by replying to this post - please only reply if you definitely want one - no time wasters!!!
I have made contact with a guy I knew when my boy was racing( who makes mainly racing rads)and he is quoting a ball park figure of around £800 the radiator would be one piece like the febur.

Depending on the interest in this project the next step would be to take my bike to him so he can measure it up and design the rad.

Just a suggestion fellas...Why not go one better and follow the evolution of the F4 model.
You can fit an MY10 system. This removes the heavy heat exchanger and now you'll have an MV designed cooling system with a proper oil cooler. The radiator has a more efficient core and is stronger with two fans.
You also remove the now unneeded 6mm transfer tube wrapped around the right side of the cylinders.

I did it after original work by Donsy and Noel and it works very well indeed.

I wish I had someone like that over here, to do a couple of oil cooler radiator systems for me.

Donsy, nothing is set yet, the rads can be made either water or oil, we are trying to figure the best design...

Adam..I didn't want to hijack this thread on making a bespoke radiator. I just mentioned my project as an alternative strategy.
The original work was Donsy and Noel..I just adapted the concept and ran with the direction the factory took the F4 by fitting a pressurised rad and a proper oil cooler.
I used MY10 componentry .
It's not a difficult job but it's not plug and play either.
