Just received my parts from Bds bikeparts.
Race kit for my f3, in black and red and a race kit for my F4RR in nickel and red/black. Also picked up a titanium front axel for the F4RR. Going to be garage bound next days off.

Now for the scale pics. Old sprocket is a 525 and the newest a 520 alloy. 156.? Old stuff, 119.5 new stuff. 36.?Oz difference. Wonder how much difference there would be if I used the same 525 stock sprocket. Maybe I'll check that when I get the f4 on the lift. Same kit for the f4 but drive and carrier are nickel plated, and a new titanium front axel. And more pics of the hub, it is a very nice piece if your into machining or just like machined parts.

Oem hub, casting is nice, light but the billet one from BDS parts like a mitchy hub is probably alot stronger.

F3 is off the lift, besides needing to adjust the shifting arm for shift lever position its all good. No noises or vibrations on a 30+ mile ride so maybe I did it right? Will check the hub in a few hundred miles to make sure.

Now for the f4, installed the BDS parts last night, hub,axel, and sprocket carrier and drive plus a 520 chain. Touching the f4 it's apparent that they took more time in designing the lines and how the bike is put together than my f3 or brutale. Swingarm didn't have any chips left over from machining. Now I have to figure out how the two little sleeves and clutch rod go back in, dumba$$ me pulled it out before checking things out.

F4 is back together, few more bolts to replace, BDS race kit, BDS titanium front axel, Carbonvoni carbon fiber and titanium nuts and bolts from Proti and Probolt, and Bodis slip-on and soon a Bodis header

Had to play with the stealth mirrors but they fit, might look into some kind of 3D printed base instead of hobby foam to fill the gap

BDS, their race kit includes hub, titanium axel, sprocket carrier and drive, all necessary hardware.
