Anyone know if these headers are compatible with RG3 exhaust? mid pipe and headers look to be 1 piece on this setup. But it says its only for the Arrow thunder exhaust????

I have a set on mine with the RG3 fitted. They fit no problems.
Say goodbye to easy oil changes though as it's a *very* tight fit to get the OEM filter in and Noels magic Purolator filter will certainly not fit without removing pipes 1&2 and even then I'm not sure I would want to have the oil filter so close to the exhaust...

Not worried about filter changes. Thanks for the info.

Any idea how much lighter the arrow headers are than stock?
They will definitely be lighter because of the all tube construction and lack of cat. Not sure how much though as I didn't weigh them. Let’s be real, how much difference is a couple of kg's going to make to the way any of us ride? I could lose a lot more weight than I could remove from my bike and it would be a hell of a lot cheaper too... :)
lol, you got that right. Im just keeping a tally of all the weight I take off. Thats all. And my bike has been cat free since day one.
I wouldn't bother with them if you're trying to take weight off your bike Joe, very little difference between them and your stock headers, and for performance you'd have to get the bike tuned to gain anyway.
Save up for a Ti system instead.
i have arrow headers and decat plus rg3's there is no problem with fit , also to change the filter on my 1078 f4 is easy with headers in position although it is quite tight

The Race kit headers ?
yes thats right i got them from evolution bike in italy with the rg3's
Dons, I was planning on getting it tuned anyway. Ti is way too pricey.
I may be pulling mine off this weekend to sort out an oil leak on the heat exchanger. If I do I will wiegh them and let you know! :)

I have a standard set here with a cat-less midpipe, I'll weigh that quickly.
Thanks. Would be nice to know the weight difference.
Arrow Inox System Weight...

3.4kg including spring clips. I can't imagine the Ti system being too much lighter than that?

Standard set

Here's a standard Arrows headers with Arrow's mid pipe 3.54kg.

Jeremy, you will fall on your back if you saw the weight of the Ti system, I think the complete system weigh's less the just these headers mate, I know the Bodis does.

So the arrow race headers weigh just as much as the stock headers with catless mid pipe?
Just about Joe, just over 120grams in it, I knew this would be the case though.
Thanks for the confirmation. I'll be skipping this upgrade.

Actually, after feeling the weight of the Ti pinch bolts I fitted the other day I would believe it, they felt like plastic! The full Ti system was out of my price range and the stainless Arrow race pipes were a lot lighter than the fully welded Ero 3 with Cat system I pulled off... :)
