Enjoy Brian, the pictures are going to be great I'm sure !!! ?
Great days racing!..and my little mate Timmy Elwood (47) did great...3rd in the 401-750cc race on his R6. He was 2nd for most of the race and only pipped to 3rd on the line!.
Well done (in preparation for the UGP in 2 weeks time)..as he is usually a 'Track' (short circuit) man:)

Here's some photos of the day.

Hi Brian, I see you were at the garage spectating; I was there on Friday evening, and then crossed a couple of fields to watch at the approach to Church Bends.

It was so good I watched from there on the Saturday as well!

The day got off to a bad start though, as Melissa Kennedy crashed heavily right in front of us; she hit the Recticel bale heavily, and we all feared for her.
The medical staff were brilliant though, and she was able to wave while being stretchered into the ambulance, sparking a round of applause.

Amazingly, she was back in the paddock walking about by late afternoon!- what a tough young lady!
More balls than any high-paid, pampered footballer. (She's such a wee waif, too!)

Absolute heroes, every one of them.

Yeah it was a great days racing...Stephen.., (pity I can't spell Armoy!! as you can see from the thread title!)
That's right we were at the petrol station........, well we finished up there after 'moving about'.
Bit of a wet one early on on Saturday ..., but turned out great in the afternoon.

Michael done a great burnout right in front of us ..., but by the time I got my act together with the camera........!! anyway a mate got a great pick of it and when he emails it to me I'll post it up.

Really pleased with my mate Tommy Elwood's son 'Timmy' (47)....., first time out on the roads in perpetration for the UGP in a couple of weeks and he got a 3rd!.

Anyway I'm off to Majorca next week for a week then it's the UGP the following week.....see you there!:)
Brian.
