Yeah, I went with a 14T drive sprocket on my '02 F4 (750). I got it at the 7,500 service. My immediate impressions driving out of the dealership was it pulled better. But after time, I got use to it and ceased to be impressed. It's noticeable but not dramatic. I think I was running 500 to 700 rpm higher.

When I sold the bike, I fought to mention it to the new owner. He later asked if I had the old sprocket and he said, yeah, it was noticeable. :)

If you don’t know, in general, 1 tooth less in the front is equal with 3 more in the rear and it makes the 6th gear shorter than the 5th, and the 2nd shorter than the 1st.

I never had an 750S, but my experience for the optimum ratio is to increase the rear sprocket 2 teeth.
