Hey bud,

Contact the dudes at Moto Forza, Escondido, CA. I know they have put Ducati Magneti Marelli in 750 MV's without any issues.

I'm sure the ECU is the same, and they insert the MV chips.

Give them a shout if that is an option your willing to pursue.

Funny, had the same issue with my 2002 Senna. Sent it to a company here in the USA that repaired, let me dig through my emails later and find out the contact and cost, but it worked like a charm.

I had a good experience, the turn arround was decent, and the cost was about the same or slightly less or more than buying a used one and I got to keep the original box with the Senna labels..

any Magneti Marelli 1.6M ECU should work WITH your chip.....
