Iv an F4 750s with standard arrows that have had the cassoli mod-

I looked down the baffle tubes (much larger then RG3's ha ha and can see something that looks like restrictor washers with about a 10mm open centers to allow the gasses into the cans etc.

The restrictors look from memory about 9" + down the cans, around where the silencers join the main pipes

They are louder and deeper than RG3's at present but id like to make them louder, just not GP volume though

Anyone else removed these restrictors ???

I`ve got a set of casolli modded cans on my bike that has the `restrictors` taken out. It sound really nice. It`s not offensively loud as it`s driven past, but sat on it , it sounds really F***ing loud.

I have had mine gutted from Xbikes give chris a call. did a great job. better then factory finish and sound better then RG3 deeper tone as the bike should be. Cost me a lot less then buying any other cans. got some bhp out of them with a decat, microtec ecu, filter, and dyno time. best money spent on the bike so far. once set up you will not need to do any thing more just cosmetics. give any jap, V4, and BMW bike a Daz door step challenge. and looks 100 times better.

also on this note of above washer do the rg3's have these washers in them i say no mr blondjour says they do
and we nearly had a lovers tiff over the weekend about it until i let him go faster than me just to keep him happy

Heard Chris's bike but only ticking over, have gutted my end cans and is a bit louder at tick over but once you hit running pace they howl.............apparently, just the feed back i got from a 999 rider at thruxton
