Me! Just picked up a new black/red frame one a few days ago. My last two bikes were Mille r's and I've lusted after an MV for a loooong time.

This forum is awesome and I look forward to contributing lots. Installed my Motovation front and rear axle sliders and waiting for the forward mount frame sliders from them and the Acculign rearsets that are being developed right now (fortunate enough to be in the same town as the two companies and lending my bike to them for testing).

Also a quick couple of questions:
Does this bike come with a rear stand? I never got one from my dealer.
Does anyone know where to get a steering damper for the Brutale in the US? I called Ohlins and they say that theirs are sold through Scotts and Scotts say they do not have mounting kit for the Brutale.

Our sponsor, emotouk, has the only 2 dampers available for the Brute, the Matris and the Ohlins, but both are very exspensive, but both have recieved rave reviews from their owners.

Welcome :yo:

woohoo! Another dogo owner! Yeah they're also hard to keep clean being all white. He gets as much attention from passers by as my Brutale!

Kilat, welcome.
What Fazer6 posted was spot on. I searched the US for a steering damper and there are not to be had.
Oh, and nice color choice. It's well known that black/red is the fastest.

Dogos are great dogs. When we got Nadja there was only 20
Dogos in Finland. Now I think is something like 200.
Many imported from US and Spain.

Nice dog and congrats on the new bike! Love the color, its my favorite on the Brutale. Go back and get your stand, they should have given it to you.

yup..

...I called the dealer and they have it for me. Except that they are in San Antonio and I am in Austin so I'll have to pick it up when I bring the bike in for first service, which means I have to take it there on the pickup and can't ride the bike down the back hill country road to San Antonio. Sigh!

The wifey and our dogo "Chulo" at 7 weeks old... damn theyr're cute when they're puppies!
