If you don´t have problems with melting plastic-fans,
or water temp cooling down too slow when fans are running,
no.

I guess saving weight of app. 11 grams = 0,0242508 pounds,
is not worth it ;)

As I have already indicated, I can now offer the aluminum fans. However, I need the information as to whether there are interested parties, and how many. Then I can say something about the price, which will probably level off at around $50 for the set of 2, shipping from EU to US app. $18.
I'd like a set (or 2 ) for an F4 1000 (2007) .. I'm in the UK ..

The Muzzy fan blade set was sold for app. $140,
I can offer the set for EUR 44, that is app. $ 50.
Unfortunately, the cheapest way to ship,
e.g. from Europe to US or AU,
is app.16 €, without tracking #

ps
I already have a decent job,
and this action won't make me a rich man 💁‍♂️ ;)

I would like to compliment Manfred for taking this F4 fan project on board.
I am regularly asked where to get the aluminium fans from as the original plastic blades can melt in use.
I have known and worked with Manfred for many years and he is a good guy who loves and races MVs. So you can order from Manfred with confidence.
Well done !!

Joe thanks for the compliment,
I can only return to You.
Among other things, with the radiator brackets,
you have protected already many MV drivers from expensive damage .
Support and assistance is far above the goal of personal profit.
And above all, with your fair dealings, it's alwas fun to exchange with you.
But that's, what I think, is important
in our - quite small - group of MV enthusiasts.
This forum contributes a lot to this,
also our forum in Germany
is very active in this regard.
Exchange of information and mutual support
is particularly important for all of us,
and ultimately, also contributes,
that the brand MV Agusta still exists.

Guys, did Muzzy set out to solve Mv fan problems, or did he have the part that happened to fit an Mv?

If so, these blades might also fit the bike Muzzy built it or in the first place?

Thank you. I have some measuring to do.

Since the original fans are from a major Japanese supplier, and used by many Japanese brand bikes (and Ducatis, etc), it is likely they fit any bike with the same outside diameter fan blade and motor shaft.
The main difference in the fans used on most sport bikes (and others) is physical size, wire connectors and mounting.

Manfred,

I believe the fans you are making will fit a 2003 F4 750S so, if you can confirm this, I would be interested in a pair sent to the Philadelphia area.

Many thanks!

Thanks for the feedback,
Unfortunately I ran out of stock with some parts.
Nothing un-usual in these times.
I hope to be able to continue asap,
Until then, I'll add those, who are interested,
to my list and work through them one after the other.

I'm not worried about the durability as with the plastic propellers, but a cooling performance comparison between aluminum and plastic propellers also makes sense, give your cooling experience comparison

So I ordered two sets and received them in perfect condition earlier this week. It's good stuff and I can recommend it. Besides Manfred is a true gentleman, when he found out the shipping was cheaper than expected he gave the refund right away. I would have been ok if he kept it. We have to stimulate people like him taking the effort to develop such stuff ;);)

Just like to thank and compliment you on making these fan blades as they are in demand.
I know what it is like designing and making a product and the many hours put into it.
Good on you mate, you are a credit to the forum.
Chuck or Ed,can you put this thread in the Tech Tips section of the forum please.
