I've got that book, and the other that Dons mentions...great reads and tons of information you can actually use.

Wouldn't waste my time with any of the twist books except for twist 2 (its brilliant and to the point). I bought all of Keiths books and feel he only got it 100% right when he did twist 2.

Bought the book and a month or so later bought the DVD (though downloaded from you tube first).

Now every night I play it on my laptop as I dose off. Subconscious riding training. Will be the next Rossi by this time next year.

Andy Ibotts Motogp riding techniques is good entertainment too (though not as good as twist 2)

I was seriously surprised how good that suspension tuning book was, especially considering how cheap it was. Easy to follow, good quality photos and printed on good paper.
