to the best of my knowledge, ALL the bikes are CA legal, 750 on up.
back when the bike was about to be first released - the 1st 750 - tamburini held its USA launch date to give the designers time to fit a carbon canister into the gas tank. his feeling was that just sticking one on the bike somewhere (as most other mfg's do it), was a crude and inelegant solution.
also, i have not seen any info in the parts files for the bikes to indicate that there is CA-specific hardware.

I’ve got a small chip in my airbox and the white primer makes it stand out. I’m looking to buy a touch up pen (or similar) to make it less obvious. Does anyone have a source to order these from, preferably in USA or even something that is fairly close in color? Bike is black/anthracite. Thanks.
Looking at adding a 2007 F4R with 9k+ miles to my garage. Its local and it's for a good price. $5500 and he said it needs a fuel pump and that's it.
Common problems / things to look for in the earlier F4 bikes?
