I rode the 350b around a few weeks ago and the battery died about to blocks from my house on my way home. I charged it and put it on a trickle charge for the past few days.
Battery is cranking out 12 volts and holding strong.
When I start the bike it drops slightly but not horribly. Obviously as soon as I throw on the lights it drops sharply to about 11 volts. I feel like it's just not chargin even at high rpm. Revving the bike has no effect it seems. Granted I am just hooking my volt meter straight to the battery terminals although I've always seen a higher reading before.
Any ideas? I'm worried it might be my regulator/rectifier. And where would I find a new one....

Usually the rectifier is the fault, you should be getting 13v or even 14v out at the battery with the engine running so as to put back the charge, well thats what my Ducatis give you might be looking for a replacement.

Gunnar in my honest humble opinion I would get a multimeter and check if there is any voltage coming out of the alternator.
This whole sounds like You are running on the battery only.
And this could be caused by multiple problems.
The regulator is a simple piece of electro mechanics and can be fixed as well.
I bought way back in 2007 a electronic regulator from Omega Electronics or so.
In the end was this not the cure.
I ended up with a scooter alternator, complete new wiring, new coils,....
