Prior to 2013, RR model had hand made chromoly tig welded frame,more horsepower due to 49mm throttle bodies with high lift cams and shorter inlet manifolds, this increases rev limit by 600 rpm,marchesini wheels, better front brakes,steering damper,better rear shock and a slipper clutch. 2013RR went back mig welded steel frame.Slight body panel changes between models, muffler tips different and wheelsWhat are the differences between these two models? Not really. In all dyno charts I found the rev limiter is set to 11600 rpm as on the R. Mine also only did 11600 rpm.and shorter inlet manifolds, this increases rev limit by 600 rpm,

Awesome feeling when you hit a ripple in the road at top speed and she gently lofts front in controlled wheelie, fantastic handling at high speed for a nakedNot really.
