There is a bolt on each side of bike under shifter and brake lever holding
Exhaust on. They are rubber mounted and just free spin when you try to remove them. What is the trick? Also does radiator need to be removed
to remove headers? Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure there should be a nut there on the backside. You don't need to pull the radiator completely , it just needs to dangle there. You should be able to slip the header by.

Those bolts support the catalyzer, you need to hold the washer looking thing with two flat sides behind the bolt as u undo the allen head, I used a big shifter. You don't need to remove the radiator just the lower shroud over the oil cooler then undo the bolts holding the oil cooler on, it's a bit fiddly but not too bad. If you undo the back of the tank & pack it up a few inches with a block of wood or similar you can undo the exhaust flapper cables from the servo & pull them through when you remove stock exhaust.
