My bike is rock hard and i'm struggling to find info on fork springs. manual says 472mm from memory, the springs in there are 510mm long, its highly unlikely that one could fit in springs that are nearly 40mm longer than factory ones so i'm wondering if anyone has much info on spring lengths etc please? I did handle a bike which was much better last week so need to soften up my front end

apart from the length i mentioned theres no other data, these bikes over time ran three
so you think the forty mm difference in springs is not the issue?
